Corporate Governance

Good governance is about knowing who can decide, what evidence supports a decision, and where independent challenge is required.

Authority does not replace evidence

EverRhythm's governance model distinguishes implementation, internal testing, assurance, release authority and independent assessment. Human Authority can make release decisions, but cannot turn missing evidence into evidence.

Nobody marks their own homework

Engineering, security, assurance and strategic responsibilities are intentionally distinct. Internal challenge can strengthen evidence, but it does not become external independence simply because it is rigorous.

Purpose and permission

Governance also protects boundaries between Personal, Student, Education, Work, Research and Professional contexts. Capability does not create permission.
