Trust has to be earned — and claims have to be supported.
EverRhythm works across health, accessibility, education, work and research. Our approach to trust starts with a simple principle: we should be able to prove what we claim.
Nobody marks their own homework. Planned, designed, built, internally tested, evidenced and independently assessed are different states. Human approval cannot substitute for missing evidence.
Security
Internal readiness · external assessment pending
EverRhythm maintains security architecture, authorization, testing, recovery and assessor-handoff evidence. Independent penetration testing and certification outcomes are not claimed until the corresponding external evidence exists.
Privacy & Data Protection
Governed working evidence · external review remains where recorded
Processing, consent, rights, deletion, DPIA and policy evidence is maintained as a governed estate. Published wording is not treated as proof that an underlying control exists.
Accessibility work includes implementation controls, representative journey scope and remediation evidence. Accessibility preferences and utilities supplement accessible implementation; they are not proof of WCAG conformance.
Reliability and recovery evidence is retained separately from provider-grade backup and achieved production service levels. We do not publish an uptime, SLA, RPO or RTO figure that the evidence does not support.
Suppliers & Subprocessors
Reconciliation in progress
We distinguish a technology being present from a contractual supplier, processor/subprocessor or actual recipient of user data. Supplier roles are published only when the relevant relationship and data-flow evidence supports them.
Data Location & Transfers
Evidence-dependent
Hosting, access countries and restricted-transfer mechanisms are recorded per real data flow. A provider name or integration alone is not used to infer a location or international-transfer safeguard.
Retention & Deletion
Internal implementation and reconciliation evidence
Retention, export, deletion and account-deletion evidence is governed by purpose and system boundary. Where provider or backup lifecycle evidence remains outstanding, that limitation remains visible.
AI & Intelligence Governance
Internal implementation evidence
EverRhythm separates specialist intelligence duties, permissions, evidence and assurance. Capability does not create permission, and an intelligence does not independently certify its own output.
Assurance & Certifications
External outcomes shown only when evidenced
Internal testing, readiness work, independent assessment and certification are different states. EverRhythm does not convert a checklist, submission or internal test into an external assurance claim or badge.
Procurement Resources
Governed evidence views in development
Employer, university, research and professional-organisation diligence views share a common assurance core while preserving the different privacy, access, safeguarding, research and professional-governance questions each buyer needs answered.
Governed due diligence
One evidence pipeline, different buyer questions.
Trust and procurement material is derived from governed evidence wherever possible. If a canonical supplier, security, privacy or accessibility fact changes, the derived view must be reviewed rather than allowed to drift into a conflicting commercial claim.
Claim → evidence state → independent outcome where one exists → limitation.
Intelligence governance
One EverRhythm. Ten specialised intelligences. Human authority above them.
EverRhythm's intelligences are separated by function so that building, defending, interpreting and assuring work do not collapse into one self-approving system. The names make those responsibilities understandable; the authority boundaries are the important part.
❤️
Reira
Health Intelligence
Understands authorised health story, patterns and context; she does not create permission to access information.
🐾
Whiskers
Paws & Pets Intelligence
Specialises in authorised Paws & Pets context; domain intelligence does not replace veterinary judgement or human product ownership.
📚
Learnie
Learning Intelligence
Develops and maintains governed learning experiences; specialist, clinical and accredited material still requires appropriate human review.
🖤
Charcoal
Security Intelligence
Analyses security, threats and defensive signals; security capability does not grant broader data authority.
🔧
Wrench
Engineering Intelligence
Builds, inspects, fixes and tests the platform; he does not certify his own implementation.
🔐
RhythmGuard
Assurance Intelligence
Challenges provenance, evidence, permissions and claims independently of the intelligence that produced the work.
💚
Pitchie
Strategic Intelligence
Interprets governed evidence commercially; strategy cannot strengthen an assurance claim beyond its evidence.
🧭
Diago
Orchestration Intelligence
Coordinates governed work between specialist functions; coordination does not expand any specialist’s authority and does not make Diago their boss.
🔥
Cinder
Resilience Intelligence
Supports recovery and resilience reasoning; recovery capability remains bounded by explicit operational authority.
😈
Mischief
Adversarial Intelligence
Challenges assumptions and tests reasoning; challenge does not become decision or release authority.
Public governance principles
Human authority remains above specialised intelligences.
The intelligences do not form a line-management hierarchy; Diago coordinates work but is not their boss.
Domain intelligence supports accountable human domain ownership rather than replacing it.
Capability does not create permission.
No intelligence expands or certifies its own authority.
Permissions follow an authorised purpose and remain bounded across environments.
Material conclusions should retain provenance, limitations and unresolved objections.
Reira understands health context. Whiskers supports Paws & Pets. Learnie develops governed learning. Charcoal defends. Wrench builds. RhythmGuard challenges assurance. Pitchie strategises. Diago coordinates without line-managing. Cinder recovers. Mischief challenges assumptions. Human authority remains accountable where required.
This public explanation intentionally omits exploitable internal controls, prompts, credentials, detection logic and security-sensitive implementation detail. It also does not represent an intelligence as a regulator, clinician, external assessor or independent certification body.
Policies and public governance
The Policy Centre contains published privacy, legal and governance information and links back to this evidence-state Trust Centre. Current review states remain visible rather than being silently represented as external approval.
