Research & Evidence

Evidence before claims.

Building, testing and inspecting technology does not automatically prove every claim that could be made about it.

Planned → Designed → Built → Tested → Evidenced → Independently assessed where appropriate.

Evidence state matters

A demonstration is not automatically clinical validation. Internal regression testing is not independent assurance. Implementing an accessibility feature is not automatically proof of conformance.

Nobody marks their own homework

EverRhythm's internal intelligences can generate evidence, challenge implementation, test controls and identify problems. They cannot manufacture independence.

Human Authority

Human Authority remains essential, but it is a release authority—not an evidence-substitution authority. Approval cannot transform an unsupported claim into a supported one.

Ask what supports the claim

What evidence exists? Who produced it? Is it current? What are its limitations? Does it support the scope claimed? Is independent assessment required?

How to read our assurance statements

A published explanation is not itself an independent assessment. Each claim must be interpreted within its actual evidence scope.

  • Implementation and internal testing

Internal evidence only; results do not establish independent assurance.

  • Independent review and certification

Not claimed here without a current, scope-matched external outcome.

Source: External assessment record, when available

  • Release approval

Approval remains separate from evidence and cannot resolve an unsupported claim.

    Source: Human governance decision

Sometimes the correct answer is: Not yet evidenced.

That is stronger governance than presenting confidence or readiness as proof.
