EverRhythm for Education

Understand what helps you learn — and carry that context through student life.

EverRhythm Student brings study rhythm, support needs, adjustments and everyday learning context into a space designed around the student.

Your student journey

Support shaped around your choices

You decide what context is useful to record and what to disclose; an institution does not inherit access.

  1. Notice

Record study demands, routines and barriers that matter to you.

  2. Prepare

Organise relevant context before a support conversation.

  3. Choose

Decide what information, if any, to share for a defined purpose.

  4. Review

Revisit your support needs as circumstances change.

Student and institution: separate by design

Understand the boundaries before deciding what to disclose.

Can my university automatically see my personal history?

No. Being enrolled at an institution does not itself authorise access to your Personal or Student history. Any disclosure needs an explicit, governed purpose and appropriate permissions.

Does preparing for DSA decide my eligibility?

No. Organising information for a conversation is separate from a needs assessment, funding decision or institutional adjustment decision.

01

See your study rhythm

Bring together the routines, demands and experiences that shape how learning feels day to day.

  • Study rhythm and planning
  • Exam and deadline context
  • Goals, routines and transitions

02

Prepare for support conversations

Organise the impact, strategies and support information you want available when talking about adjustments or DSA.

  • Record what helps and what gets in the way
  • Prepare selected information for conversations
  • Keep DSA preparation separate from assessment decisions

03

Navigate change

University life changes. Keep useful context through exams, placements, disruption, return and other transitions.

  • Exam mode and changing routines
  • Disruption and return
  • Placements and student-life context

04

Keep the student in control

Education features are built around the student experience without treating a university relationship as permission to browse private history.

  • Student-controlled information
  • Clear Education and Personal boundaries
  • Accessible support routes

Privacy by purpose

Student context does not become institution-wide access.

Your Student and Personal histories remain separate from an institution's records by default. Sharing should be deliberate, relevant and understandable.
